Thoughtput – Cookie Policy
Effective date: 5 November 2026
Operator: Devoids – IT Solutions (“Devoids”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)
Product: Thoughtput (website, web app, and related online surfaces)
This Cookie Policy explains how Thoughtput uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Questions: contact@devoids.in
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and mobile advertising identifiers. On Android, advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob) may use device-based identifiers rather than browser cookies.
2. Who sets them?
- First-party: set by Thoughtput / Devoids domains (for example thoughtput.co.in and web.thoughtput.co.in)
- Third-party: set by partners such as Google for advertising or measurement when those features are present
3. How we use cookies and similar technologies
3.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the Service to work, for example:
- Keeping you signed in on the web app
- Security, abuse prevention, and load management
- Remembering essential preferences needed for basic functionality
These are generally not optional if you want to use the authenticated Service.
3.2 Preferences and functionality
May remember UI choices or similar non-essential preferences when we offer them.
3.3 Analytics (if enabled)
We may use limited analytics to understand aggregate traffic and reliability (for example which pages load and whether errors occur). We aim to avoid invasive tracking profiles for content recommendation addiction.
3.4 Advertising
Thoughtput may show ads via:
- Google AdMob in the Android app
- Google AdSense (or related Google products) on the web
These partners may set cookies or use advertising IDs to serve, personalize, or measure ads under Google’s policies. Thoughtput does not sell your personal data; ad technology is used to support operating costs.
4. Examples of storage we may use
| Category | Examples of purpose | | --- | --- | | Authentication / session | Keep a logged-in session on the web app | | Security | Detect abuse, enforce rate limits | | Preferences | Store simple UI or consent-related choices | | Advertising | Enable AdSense / AdMob delivery and measurement |
Exact cookie names change over time as we ship product updates. This table describes categories, not an exhaustive live inventory.
5. Your choices
- Browser controls: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may break login or other features on the web app.
- Google ad settings: You can review Google’s advertising controls and policies at Google’s support pages for Ad Settings / Ads & data privacy.
- Mobile advertising ID: On Android you can reset or limit your advertising ID in system settings.
- Opting out of the Service: If you do not want cookies associated with Thoughtput’s web surfaces, you may stop using the website/web app; the Android app may still use advertising SDKs subject to platform settings.
Where required by law, we will present additional consent choices before non-essential cookies are set.
6. Retention
Cookies and similar identifiers expire according to their purpose—from session-only to longer-lived identifiers used by advertising or preference storage. You can clear them via your browser or device settings.
7. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices or partners change. The effective date at the top will be revised, and the current version will be published at https://thoughtput.co.in/cookies.
