1.Agreement to Terms

Thoughtput is a pseudonymous social media platform designed for sharing thoughts, discussions, and interactions through text and images.

The platform does not provide short-form video content and does not use addictive feed mechanisms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

By using Thoughtput, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4.User Accounts & Identity

To use certain features:

  • You may register using email or phone number
  • Anonymous posting is enabled only after verification of both email and phone

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

5.Pseudonymity & Privacy

Thoughtput allows pseudonymous participation:

However:

  • We may retain verification data for security, compliance, and abuse prevention
  • Absolute anonymity cannot be guaranteed in cases required by law

6.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

8.Platform Philosophy & Feed Transparency

Thoughtput:

  • Does not use addictive infinite-scroll optimization techniques
  • Uses a tag-based feed system
  • Does not intentionally manipulate user behavior for engagement

However:

  • Content visibility may still depend on relevance, tags, and interaction patterns

9.Advertising

Thoughtput uses advertising to support the platform:

  • Ads may be served via Google AdMob (Android) and Google AdSense (Web)
  • Ads are intended to be minimal and non-intrusive

We do not sell your personal data.

  • Third-party ad providers may use standard advertising technologies subject to their own policies

10.Data Usage & AI Policy

Thoughtput does not use your content for AI training

We do not sell your personal data

Data is used only for:

  • Operating the platform
  • Security and abuse prevention
  • Improving user experience

11.Intellectual Property

All platform components (excluding user content) are owned by Thoughtput.

You may not:
